My interest is in physical rehab using therapeutic sports massage. I enjoy helping people with their muscular problems. These problems may have resulted from work, active and inactive lifestyles.
Muscles are very sensitive. If you are doing regular sports, muscles accumulate lactic acid and become stiff, tight and inflexible. If you are not doing sports, your muscles also become stiff and sore due to poor blood circulation.
Many clients also complain of exhaustion from work and studies. I find that sports massage helps with fatigue as it detoxes and engergizes the body to feel great!
From experience, I've found the No.1 and 2 most common problem areas are shoulder/neck and the back. Over the years, I've accumulated many techniques to help with the whole body and especially in these key areas of neck/shoulders, back and legs.
